Voice in Action was created by Michael Hargreaves as a result of his training, directing and media expertise.

He launched Voice in Action to show how the quality of presentational ability can be improved by simply using vocal skills more confidently. His focus is on how effectively the qualities that people already have, can be enhanced.

Having trained as at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London in the 1970s, Michael Hargreaves began his career in Repertory Theatre and working at The Bristol Old Vic. Throughout his career Michael has continued to use his skills within the Arts media and is currently mentoring at RADA with final year students and working at the Actors Studio based within Pinewood Studios.  

For the last twenty-five years Michael has been associated with British Airways and during this time worked with them on a number of productions including films for: 

• In flight safety video
• Customer Service Training and communication films
• A series of films on cultural awareness “Our People, Our World” (Silver Award winner at the New York Film Festival in the 1980s)

For more extensive training requirements Michael has RADA graduates and experienced trainers available to ensure consistently professional, high quality training.
